How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections on our website, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
How can I place a bulk order?
Bulk orders are a great way to save. Please contact us at hello@thefourpursuits.com with your name, email, phone number, and the products you’re interested in. Once we receive your request, we’ll get back to you via email or phone with pricing and estimated shipping time.
I am facing difficulty while placing an order. What should I do?
We’ve worked hard to make your shopping experience smooth and easy. If you encounter any issues, please email us at hello@thefourpursuits.com and we’ll assist you right away.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, you can request changes before your order is handed over to the shipping company. Please email us at hello@thefourpursuits.com with your request, and we’ll confirm if changes are possible. Once shipped, we're unable to make any changes.
PURCHASING & SHIPPING
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
To place an order you don’t need to set up an account first. However, creating an account does have benefits:
– Your details will be remembered and entered immediately with your next order;
– You can find an overview of your order history
– We keep you informed of our new collections, lovable promotions and more.
What if an item is out of stock?
Oh no, your favorite goodie is out of stock. You can join the waitlist and you will be the first to receive a notification when the item is back in stock.
What payment methods does The Four Pursuits.com accept?
You can pay for your order with iDeal, Creditcard, Paypal, ApplePay, American Express, Visa
My payment failed. What to do now?
It is of course possible that something goes wrong with your payment. How do you know for sure whether it has gone through properly, for example after you have received an error message? We recommend that you look at your own bank statement to see whether the amount has been debited. When the payment has been successful, you can assume that the order has also gone through and that you will receive your order in the upcoming days. (Yay, this is what we love!) If this is not the case, or if you would like to have it checked again, you can always contact us directly at hello@thefourpursuits.com We will then check it for you in our system to be 100% sure.

We ship all across Europe.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary according to where you’re located. Please see our “Shipping & Delivery” page for more details.
How quickly are orders shipped?
We aim to ship within 1 to 2 business days if the item is in stock ofcourse. For orders placed on weekends or during public holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day*. Should there be an issue with your order, we will ofcourse contact you as soon as possible.
*Peak sales time may affect this timeframe.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking link to monitor your delivery status.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Is it possible to return an item?
Ofcourse we hope you love your The Four Pursuits purchase as much as we do. But we also gladly accept returns on all items for a full refund within 14 days from time of receiving. All returns should be sent to our warehouse. To initiate the return, please see our “Returns & Exchanges” page for more details.
Is it possible to exchange my items instead of receiving a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to exchange items. If you want to receive a new item, return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order at www.thefourpursuits.com
What is the return period?
You can return your item(s) within 14 days.
How does my refund work?
Once your return has been received in our warehouse and processed you will receive an email confirmation. The amount will be refunded into the account where the original payment came from within 14 working days. Shipping costs of returning items are fully worn by the customer.
