We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’re happy to assist! Just follow the steps below for a smooth return process.
How It Works
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). We recommend keeping the original packaging, as it may be needed for your return.
Please note:
- The customer is responsible for any damages that occur during return shipping.
- Items that show signs of use, scratches, or damage will not be accepted and will be sent back.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit our Orders Page.
- Log in using the email address you used to place your order.
- You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) to access your account.
- Once logged in, find your order and select the product you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to request a return.
If you are unable to initiate a return through the portal, simply email us at hello@thefourpursuits.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Refunds
Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
